Responsibilities and Achievements

1.Search,recommend new supplier resource,check, verify the new supplier's qualification,ability and the related condition to meet our product,regulation requirement,make the nice preparation for global supplynorth face jackets
chain management and supporting;
2. Ask different suppliers provide the competitive price for new projects or dual source projects, then cooperate and analize with purchaser together to decide the final supplier,producer;
3. Double check, audit and compare the unit price, tooling cost from the different suppliers, also need cost budget first and then can give reasonable proposal to purchase to make the correct decision for the supplier and price confirmation;
4. It has the correspond tooling PO released to supplier after the price validation, then suppliers will start the tooling.
5. During the toolscheap north face jackets processing, engineer need follow up the schedule, provide technical supporting, solve related problems, such as machine drawing or some detailed technical requirement; ensure the schedule runs well and FA parts can finished and submitted timely;
6. After the FA parts checking and validation, then can send the eligible report to US headquarters, also still need trail the ineligible parts improvement;
7. After all the FA parts has approved, engineering dept need follow up the mass production for the 1st PO, also synchronously submit the ‘Case pack’ to US one week before the shipment; Aim at the project cost budget,plan,schedule follow up,engineering change,tools plan and tools status management, frequently communicate with customer regarding the final coordination and problem solving, spyder jackets to analyse,evaluate,quote the new inquired projects, make project developed schedule,the concrete measures for the improvement,management and follow up during research and development,the detailed arrangement and administration for the safety reliability test,documentation releasing,also solve the related technical problems during the mass production and coordinate with QE,PE,IE or other related dept.;
