3.Project developed schedule making, detailed R&D working distribution,execution, coordination,follow up(mechanical structure 3D design and PCB layout of electric etc.),the related changement and improvement follow up,forecast and conside the responsibility and effectivity for the latish tooling starting,synchronously,arrange the prototype making to prove the function,design,surface treatment technology,the secondary cost and design review, molds development review meeting,also need verify and choose the approriate supplier, engineering approval for purchased samples and parts;
4.Tooling starting,thenike trainers auxiliary parts purchased,the mold manufacturing procedure follow up(mold material,critical dimension,the choiced the machining method etc.),choose the capable mold shop and prearrange the test shot;
5.Samples arrangement for EP,PP, dimension and specification inspection for test shot plastic parts and purchased parts,make the product instrument and test plan according to the different safety specification(ROHS,FDA,ASTM,EN71,UL,CE,IEC,CB etc.),schedule updated,reported and communicate with customer in time,the formal BOM approval and release(part No.,model No.,mold No.and cavity No. or the related spec. description);
6.The final product,project,molds validation and arrange the meeting for PP or PFMEA, production pilot and coordinate with QE,PE,IE or production line to solve the related problems,ensure the eventual mass production and effectivity,meet the project schedule,let the customer satisfied with the quality and lead time;
